Business Development Program Agreement

This Business Development Program Agreement is entered into between:

1.Service Description

The Service Provider agrees to deliver a fully managed, "Done-For-You" Business Development Program over a period of …. calendar days ("Service Period") with a price of …. EUR.

• •From 3 to 5 discovery calls with potential customers on a weekly base
• •Progress tracking, analytics and optimization.

2.Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

The Service Provider agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during the course of the engagement strictly confidential. Confidential Information remains the property of the Client and shall not be shared with any third party without written consent. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will be implemented to ensure information security in line with industry best practices.

3.Payment Terms

• •If the Client is a private individual within the EU, 20% VAT will be applied.
• •If the Client is a VAT-registered company in the EU, reverse charge may apply.
• •Clients outside the EU are not subject to VAT unless they are private individuals, in which case 20% VAT will apply.

Payment is due in full prior to the start of the Service Period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between the parties and overrides any previous communications, offers, or discussions - oral or written - regarding the subject matter.

5.Data Protection (GDPR)

The Service Provider guarantees compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for all tools and methods used during the service.

6.Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

7.Account Access & Usage

• •The Service Provider agrees to use the Client's account solely for the agreed tasks, which include: (a) reaching out to LinkedIn members as potential customers, and (b) conducting research on different business development approaches. All actions will be carried out in alignment with the Client's business interests and overall business success.
• •For the purpose of accessing the Client's account, the Client will provide the Service Provider (Deyan Dimitrov) with login credentials. These credentials shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any third party without the Client's prior written consent.
• •The Service Provider acknowledges the responsibility to safeguard the Client's account while using it.

8.Date and Signatures

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
